Santa visits

Exploring inside the new igloo

December brings lots of celebration to Monkey Puzzle St Albans…

Channuka, Christmas and Snow to name a few.

We were very lucky to have Santa visit us at the Christmas party this year.

All the children visited Santa’s grotto for a gift and then danced, played and ate at the party!

Preparing for our Christmas party and Santa’s visit has been an exciting time for children and staff.

Messy play preparing for Xmas

Planting bulbs ready for the new year

Both babies and pre-school get messy creating giant, white, glittery snowman and Santa’s red slay!

Christmas cards, calendars, cookie/tree decorations, giant crackers, elaborate stockings, painted Christmas trees with baubles! Have all been made with great enthusiasm.

Balloon blowing, tree decorating , cracker pulling, red glitter, green glitter, silver and gold glitter and even more glitter! Has been part of the children’s daily activities.

‘Pink Monkeys’ have also been planting bulbs ready for the new year.
