What a frightfully fun month October was! As always, Halloween is a very popular celebration at Monkey Puzzle St Albans with themed activities going on throughout the week. The children carved pumpkins, created their own pumpkin masks, decorated giant bats and painted bubbling witches cauldrons. They also explored spooky gloop filled with creepy crawlies, watched coloured ice melt to reveal scary spiders in coloured water, sunk their hands into trays filled with ‘itchy ants.’
The highlight of Halloween week is our fang-tastic party with dressing up in special costumes, face painting, dancing and eating themed food such as spooky sandwiches, bat biscuits and boiled egg eyeballs!
