What a fantastic morning we had on Sunday 14th June as our much-loved mascot, Marvin the Monkey, headed to the St Albans Half Marathon to take part in the popular Fun Run!
The event brought together hundreds of local families, runners and supporters from across St Albans, creating an amazing atmosphere filled with community spirit, laughter and plenty of smiles. Marvin couldn’t wait to get involved, cheering everyone on before joining in the Fun Run himself.
Meeting Families Across St Albans
One of the highlights of the day was meeting so many wonderful families from the local area. Marvin loved stopping for photos, high-fives and cuddles with children of all ages, and it was lovely to chat with parents about our nursery and everything happening at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery St Albans.
Community events like the St Albans Half Marathon are a brilliant way for us to connect with local families and be part of the wonderful community we’re proud to serve.
A Fantastic Community Event
The St Albans Half Marathon is one of the town’s biggest annual events, bringing together runners of all abilities alongside local businesses, schools and organisations. The Fun Run was packed with energy, colourful costumes and lots of enthusiastic young runners, making it the perfect event for Marvin to join.
Seeing so many children enjoying exercise, fresh air and spending quality time with their families perfectly reflects the values we encourage every day at our nursery.
